Ingredients:
1/3 C. Quick Oats
1/3 C. Pumpkin Puree
1/4 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon spice
1/3 C. Soy or Almond Milk
1/4 C. Light brown sugar
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the brown sugar in a bowl. Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes. Remove from microwave and mix in brown sugar.
Top with pecans if you want and enjoy!
