Cranberry Coconut Oatmeal

Ingredients:
1 C. Steal cut oats
2 C. Water
2 C. Soy milk
Dash of Salt
1/4 C. Sweetened shredded coconut
1/4. C. Dried cranberries
1/4 C. Walnut pieces
4 T. Honey
1 T. Cinnamon
Heat oats and water stove to medium-high heat. Add salt, coconut, cranberries, walnuts and cook until oatmeal has thickened. Add cinnamon and honey. Pour oatmeal into separate bowls and serve.
